This beautifully decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located in a comfortable community on the 6th floor. The pool deck is located on the 5th floor along with the hot tubs and gym. This property is a no pet and no smoking facility.

The space
1 bedroom with a King en-suite that is gulf-front. This suite has a stand along shower and soaking tub. This bedroom has balcony access directly from the bedroom.
The 2nd room is a bunk room with a full-over full set of bunk beds with a bathroom located directly across the hallway for easy access.
The sofa is a pull-out queen sleeper.
The balcony is located directly above the splash pad and above the pools.
The building is located between 2 city piers and when the city shoots fireworks, often it’s off of both piers. The show can be seen from your balcony.
Guest access
The entire condo will be yours during your stay. Easy access to the elevators.
Other things to note
Parking is $50 in 2025 paid direct to the HOA
You must provide your email address and cell number to receive parking pass info through the building HOA’s system.
This unit is located on the 6th floor directly above the splash pad. During peak times, the noise from the splash pad can be heard inside the condo.

September-12 2024Patti is very responsive and super easy to communicate with. We didn’t think about the hour time difference so we were early , Patti accommedated our oversight and let us check in early after our drive. Check in instructions were super easy and house rules are easy to follow. It was great to have the beach chairs and the umbrella included. There was extra beach toys and snorkel gear that was left behind by other guest. The view was phenomenal and location is great if you like to be right in the middle of things . All in all we had a good visit and would book again with Patti.
